Warranty on ceramic parts

TAOZ carries 20 year warranty time for all ceramic components to the original purchaser that manufactured or supplied by TOPQ Grills. TAOZ warrants that all parts are free of defects in material and workmanship,for the length of use and ownership of the original purchaser.

Warranty on metal parts

Metal,stainless steel and cast iron components of the cooking grill (top vent, base, hinge system,charcoal grate, cooking grid and draft door)carry a Limited 1 Year Warranty to the original purchaser that manufactured or supplied by TAOZ Grills.While TOPQ Grills uses rust-resistant materials, the warranty as to metal parts DOES NOT COVER RUST,OXIDATION,FADING or other BLEMISHES unless the structural integrity of the ceramic cooker is compromised as determined by TOPQ Grills.

Warranty on other parts 

Temperature Gauge : The temperature gauge carry a Limited 1 Year warranty to the original purchaser.

Bamboo Side Shelve and Bamboo Handle: The Bamboo Side Shelve carry a Limited 1 year warranty time for original purchaser.

Warranty on optional accessories

All optional accessories supplied from TAOZ carry a limited 1 year warranty time.

Noted:

1.The felt gasket covered with the warranty time for 3 months due to the reason of quick-wear part.

2. The warranty time started with the date of ETA(the estimate time of arrival ).

*Tips:Customers can order spare parts in advance in case the warranty problem arises and can be replaced in time.

!!Exclusions and Restrictions

1. This limited warranty is within 30 days from the date of purchase along with a copy of the original dated sales receipt. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty. Any chips or cracks in the finish of the kamado grill present at the time of purchase must be noted on the original dated sales receipt.

2.This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners. If any product covered by this Warranty is defective due to a covered warranty condition, such product will, at the option of TOPQ Grills, be repaired to its original condition or replaced with a comparable new product or part. The replacement parts shall constitute the extent of the liability and obligations of TOPQ Grills under this warranty.

3.Purchaser is required to provide photographic evidence to assess the damage when submitting claim. Scratches, cracks, chips, dents, crazing, or minor cosmetic blemishes of the exterior glaze not affecting performance are not covered under warranty, as determined by TOPQ Grills.

4.This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper assembly, improper care, failure to follow directions of use, misuse, abuse, negligence, extreme environmental conditions, normal wear and tear, accidents, acts of nature, or unauthorized repair, alteration or modification, as determined by TOPQ Grills.

5.This warranty will be invalidated if any liquids, including starter lighter fluid, are poured on or in the ceramic cooker. The protective coating of the ceramic cooker can be compromised by substances or conditions that are beyond TOPQ Grills’ control.

6..Warranty coverage is based on normal residential use and maintenance. TAOZ Grills shall not be liable for any delay or default under this warranty caused by any event or contingency beyond TOPQ Grills control. This includes acts of nature, fire, government restrictions or restraints, strikes, reduced supply of materials or purchaser’s local transportation accidents.

7. All quality parts should be reported once it happened, and all replacements quantities should be collected before the next order, replacements will be delivered together with the next shipping.TAOZ will not liable for transportation charges when purchaser request to send the warranty parts instantly.
